I love wearing Jumpers!

There are so many things to consider when buying jumpers. First of all, what season is it and how far are you going to be able to wear them? Do you want something really warm, or are you looking for something light and easy to put on and take off? Knowing these two things before you start shopping can help you narrow down your choices, but in order to find the best jumpers for Autumn, you need to have a bit more information.

One of the biggest decisions when it comes to buying jumpers is whether to get synthetic or natural materials. While natural jumpers are generally warmer, they tend to get really smelly after a while, and are not very practical around the house. Synthetic ones on the other hand can be fairly cheap and can last for a really long time before you have to replace them. You should look at a few different pairs to decide which is the best option, as well as how well the clothes will serve your purpose.

If you’re looking for jumpers to wear in the Winter months, you will most likely want to go for those that are light weight. This will make it easier to pack into your luggage and will also make it easier to move around if you do happen to get sick or tired. If you get a light weight material, it will also be less likely to get ruined by snow or freezing rain, so you might want to opt for something like wool over cotton for this type of jumper. A pair of thick wool jumpers is always a great choice, and you can never go wrong with them. Some people even choose to skip the wool and go for a pair of winter hiking pants instead.

If you are looking for jumpers to wear in the Summer months, then you will be looking at materials like cotton, so they are more light and less likely to get ruined by the weather. For a long time, corduroy was the favourite jumpers of many, but now you can get yours in all sorts of colours. There’s nothing wrong with going for a more neutral colour like white, and many prefer this option as it allows them to wear their jumper outside whilst still feeling comfortable inside. You might opt for a white/blue combo for a summer look, but the range is pretty wide and you can mix and match for a variety of different looks.

As, well as the different styles of jumpers, you’ll also want to think about how the pockets are on the garment. You should be able to get at least one pocket on each side and some inside too, and you don’t want any hanging out of the way. Many times you can find a good range of different pockets that will match up with your other garments, and so it shouldn’t matter what type of clothes you’re wearing.

You should also consider whether you want jumpers with zippers on the front or not. Some people get really bothered about this, and have issues with opening and closing the zipper in them. However, for others this isn’t a big deal and they can get by with it. We think the zippers on most modern jumpers are both good and bad, and this ultimately comes down to personal preference. If you don’t mind having the zipper close and if you aren’t bothered about it opening and closing then you’ll be fine.
